DERMAGRAFT® is currently marketed in the United States by our Company for the treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcers. We are seeking companies interested in acquiring the distribution rights to DERMAGRAFT for other geographic territories.

TRANSCYTE® was previously marketed in the United States and other countries for the treatment of full and partial thickness burns. We are seeking companies interested in acquiring the distribution rights to this product in both the United States and other geographic territories.

In-License

We are interested in products and technologies with application in the areas of advanced wound care and regenerative medicine. Our primary interest is in biologically active products (e.g. proteins, cell therapy, small molecule, etc.) that aid the body in repairing tissue damaged by injury, disease or the aging process. We desire products that have already been approved for sale in the United States or are expected to be approved for sale within 3 years. We do not require global rights, but would also entertain such discussions.
